Here at the Playground, we strive to offer you the best drinks we possibly can. We carefully select each Beer & Wine in order to for them to complement our food we offer. Jarred Dooley, our director of libations…is one of approximately 200 Certified Cicerones in the world. (All of our servers are certified beer servers, the first level of certification on the path to becoming a Master Cicerone.) We’ve given Jarred free rein to build a craft beer destination worthy of our food. By focusing on elevating the craft beer movement without alienating new craft beer drinkers, Jarred is putting together an accessible and always interesting beer list. With 15 rotating beers on draft and a bottle list 60+ bottles deep there isn’t a taste that we can’t satisfy.
Our wine list is picked with the same care and attention to taste & detail as our beer. We have a growing list available now, so come try some for yourself. We are sure to have one you will love.
